Providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience is critical for us.
How do I return my order?
For any reason, you may return your order to Drift within 14 days of the purchase date. Depending on the reason for return you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges. Please refer to the Returns page.
How do I exchange my order?
If you would like to exchange your order you may do so within 14 days of your original purchase date. Please refer to the Returns page.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Your order may be processed up to 24 hours after you place the order, therefore, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to cancel or make a change to your order and we will come right back to you if the order is unprocessed. Please refer to the Returns page to initiate a return.
I did not receive all the goods I ordered or received the wrong goods.
Please refer to the Returns page and we will remedy the issue as quickly as possible.
Are your goods first quality?
All products we carry and sell aim to be “first quality” and free of major defects. However sometimes something not quite right may slip through our quality inspections. Please refer to our Returns page on how we can remedy this quickly for you.
How long will it take me to get my order?
Estimated delivery dates are provided on the Shipping page. When your order is logged for pick up by our courier you will be provided tracking information on your order via email.
How can I pay for my order?
Drift Online currently accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not ship
Cash On Delivery.
How will my order be shipped?
Drift uses Fastway Couriers or Australia Post for all orders.
Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
We do offer international shipping and we can process most international credit cards (please see above), however please email us for a shipping quote and estimated delivery time.
How do I forward order something?
There will be special items that will be put on our online store from time to time that can be forward ordered, it is the same process as standard ordering however you will be advised of the expected time of arrival on the items product description
Do you accept back orders?
We do not accept back orders.
What if I order something and it is out of stock?
Our aim is to keep our stock levels up to date so this will not occur.
However, if for some reason an item slips through that is out of stock you will be contacted asap after we receive your order.
Is there a minimum order size?
We do not have a minimum order size.
We are a school or government organization; do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, however please contact email@example.com for additional information.
We are wanting a bulk order, do you offer bulk pricing?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your bulk order/pricing query.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $12.00 per order flat fee
Free standard shipping applies to orders $150 and over.
Oversized or heavy items will be charged individually per order.
We use the Fastway Courier or Australia Post service to send your item directly from our Cabarita Beach store.
You will receive a tracking link via email when your item has been logged for pickup from Drift.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We show the estimated delivery time seen on the schedule on the Shipping page.
If we are informed of a delay we will update you prior to your order being shipped.
We are happy to deliver overseas, however you will need to send an email to us at email@example.com to get a shipping quote.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT DOES NOT ARRIVE?
If your parcel is more than 2 business days past the delivery date advised to you or seen above please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have not received a shipping email from us then your order may be delayed. In this instance we will always endeavour to contact you to advise of the delay. Please contact us if your delivery time frame has passed and you have not received your shipping notification.
Generally we do not back order products.
Pre-ordered items will be shipped at the stated release date or shortly after.
