Yep. Returns happen.  It’s OK!!

Drift is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, so please look over the below returns policy instructions so we can sort your return out quickly.

  • Email us at within 14 days of purchase date with:

  • Order number, reason for return and whether you would like an exchange, credit note or refund (please note: refunds are only given if the item is faulty or incorrect sent item)

  • If faulty, please send through images of the faulty item along with a description of the fault by email

  • We will respond quickly via email with details and/or your return authorization number.

  • Please return the item to us via with the above information and your return authorization number.

  • You are responsible for the cost and way in which you return your item, including appropriate packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during freight. If the item is faulty however, please return via Australia Post, (max postage $15) the cost of your freight will be included in your credit/refund.[DC1]  Credit of faulty items can be refunded via your paypal or credit card. 

  • If you believe your parcel was damaged during shipping please advise us within in 5 days of receipt of your order.


  • You will receive a confirmation email once your returned parcel is received by us. 

  • If it is an exchange, (and the goods are still available) the new items will be shipped within 24 hours.

  • If a store credit is to be sent you, you will receive an email within 48 hours of receipt of your returned goods to us.

  • If a refund is required (due to faulty goods or our error in sending) you will receive this either in your paypal account, or credit card (however you request) within a 48hour period.

Items marked as “SALE” online are not eligible for exchange, refund or store credit. (Unless faulty)


 How will you know what they paid for freight?  And what stops them using a very expensive courier and you then having to fork out this cost.
