Yep. Returns happen.  It’s OK!!

Drift Clothing is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, so please look over the below returns policy instructions so we can sort your return out quickly.

Email us at within 14 days of purchase date with:

  • Order number, reason for return and whether you would like an exchange, credit note or refund (please note: refunds are only given if the item is faulty or incorrect sent item)

  • If faulty, please send through images of the faulty item along with a description of the fault by email

  • We will respond quickly via email with details and/or your return authorization number.

  • Please return the item to us via with the above information and your return authorization number.

  • You are responsible for the cost and way in which you return your item, including appropriate packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during freight.

  • If the item is faulty however, please return via Australia Post, (max postage $15) The cost of your freight will be included in your credit/refund. Credit of faulty items can be refunded via your Paypal or credit card. 

  • If you believe your parcel was damaged during shipping please advise us within 5 days of receipt of your order.


  • You will receive a confirmation email once your returned parcel is received by us. 

  • If it is an exchange, (and the goods are still available) the new items will be shipped within 24 hours.

  • If a store credit is to be sent you, you will receive an email within 48 hours of receipt of your returned goods to us.

  • If a refund is required (due to faulty goods or our error in sending) you will receive this either in your Paypal account or credit card (however you request) within a 48hour period.

Items marked as “SALE” online are not eligible for exchange, refund or store credit. (Unless faulty)
